You will find me at the job sites. After selling my previous company I discovered that home building brings me joy and great satisfaction. My engineering background and skills give me the tools to ideate and execute our projects. I am inspired by developing our contemporary designs while following efficient building processes.
Juan Pablo “JP” Mondragon
You will find me at the office. Bringing projects through to effective completion is my mantra. After years of trading commodities and financing small-businesses, I’ve found a new passion in home building. My focus is on analyzing our projects, managing our resources and ensuring we stay on track.
